:: :: Disposition Options

The following is an explanation of the different options families have for disposition in our park.

Casket Burial Options

Grave Site
The traditional grave is a beautiful resting place. Acres of groomed, landscaped grounds provide a peaceful atmosphere.

Gardens & Private Family Estates
Our cemetery also offers a choice of several dedicated gardens, including a Veteran Section to honor those who have served in the Armed Services, a special resting place for children, and several areas dedicated to different religious affiliations. Private family estate areas have also been set aside for those who would like a special area for their family.

Mausoleum
A mausoleum is a choice for those who prefer above-ground burial. Either casketed remains or cremated remains may be placed in a mausoleum. Casketed remains are placed into crypts, while are placed into niches. Niches, which are small compartments in which urns are placed, are often adorned with glass, bronze or granite fronts and may be personalized.

Cremation Burial Options
Cremated human remains are usually placed in an urn, which is then permanently placed indoors or outdoors.

Columbariums
A group of niches, called a columbarium, provides a unique outdoor placement for cremated remains. The niches are usually granite and marble fronted, with personalization available on bronze plates or carved directly into the stone itself.

Urn Gardens
Urn gardens are for those that would like a ground placement for their loved one. The urn is buried in the ground, similar to a casket burial.

Mausoleums
Indoor, glass-fronted niches inside a mausoleum provide permanent placement for cremated remains. Niches provide space for an urn and other mementos to be displayed. Economically priced bronze fronted niches include a custom inner urn, as well as a personalized name and date plate.

Other Cremation Options

Urns, Keepsakes and Jewelry
Urns, keepsakes and jewelry that hold cremated remains come in a wide variety of different styles. Urns are appropriate for burial, niches, scattering or placement in a home. Some urns are ornately designed for display purposes while others are very basic in style. Many of the urns can also be personalized with engravings or laser designs. Some urn styles offer miniature keepsake versions of the larger urn. Many styles of keepsake jewelry, which hold a small portion of the cremated remains, are also available.

Scattering
Many people choose to scatter cremated remains; choices include scattering within a memorial garden or cemetery and scattering at sea. A partial scattering may also be arranged, in which some of the remains are scattered and the rest are retained for interment in an urn.

Living Coral Reefs
Eternal Reefs offers a new memorial option that replaces cremation urns and ash scattering with a permanent environmental living legacy built in their loved ones memory and honor.

Burial in Space
A truly unforgettable memorial service may be created with the help of Celestis. Cremated remains are launched into space to orbit around the Earth, fly to the Moon or or travel into deep space.
